The saturday 1st xi comfortably beat Cowdrey in 1A but the 2nd xi were weaker than usual and promptly lost to New Romney, who only have 1 team, but clearly were far too good for our 2nd xi.
The sunday 1st xi play a friendly today (Sunday 11th) v Bidborough (Away).
This week sees an U17, U11, 2 saturday league matches v Deal (1st xi away) and v High Halstow 4th xi (Home), a National Village knockout game v Four Elms (Home) and a KVL game v New Ifield (Away). We really need to get out strong sides in all of these matches, so please make yourself available, as they will be tough games.
The ground looks lovely and we can be proud of what we have achieved so far....
